Welcome to Mobo. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Mobo provides a platform to request mobile repair services, including hardware repair, software troubleshooting, and pick-up/drop-off services. We act as a service provider connecting users with qualified technicians.
Accuracy: You must provide accurate information regarding your device model, fault description, and contact details.
Backup: It is the User's sole responsibility to back up all data (photos, contacts, files) before handing over the device. Mobo is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
Security: You must remove SIM cards, memory cards, and any security locks (passwords/patterns) if requested by the technician to facilitate testing.
Quotations: Any price provided on the app is an initial estimate based on the information you provided. The final price may change after a physical inspection by our technician.
Service Fee: A minimum inspection fee may apply even if you decide not to proceed with the repair after the technician check the device.
Payments must be made via the options provided in the app (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery where applicable).
Services will only be marked as completed once full payment is received.
Repair Warranty: Mobo provides a limited warranty of 30 days on specific spare parts replaced.
Exclusions: The warranty is void if:
The device is subjected to physical damage or liquid damage after the repair.
The device is opened or repaired by a third party after our service.
The issue is unrelated to the original repair.
While we take the utmost care of your device, you acknowledge that mobile repairs (especially screen and motherboard repairs) involve inherent risks. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our technician, Mobo’s liability is limited to the cost of the repair or the current market value of the device (whichever is lower).
You may cancel your request at any time before the rider is dispatched.
Cancellations made after the rider has reached your location may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds for spare parts are subject to our inspection and are only processed if the part is found to be defective within the warranty period.
Users are prohibited from:
Using the app for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
Attempting to bypass the app's payment system to deal directly with technicians or riders.
Providing stolen or illegally obtained devices for repair.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to use the device during the repair period.
These terms are governed by the laws of India/Haryana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sonipat.
