Account Deletion Request

At Mobo App, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated information, you can do so through the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the Mobo App.

  2. Go to the Profile or Settings section.

  3. Tap on the "Delete Account" button.

  4. Confirm your request. Your account will be deactivated immediately and processed for permanent deletion.

Method 2: Web Request (If App is Uninstalled)

If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to request account deletion, please contact our support team:

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon successful verification of your request, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law (e.g., for tax or accounting purposes regarding previous payments) or for fraud prevention.

Processing Time: Most requests are processed within 48 to 72 hours.
